The BOSCOLO NICE Hotel is closely monitoring the evolution of the Covid 19 epidemic and places the health and comfort of its customers and employees at the heart of its priorities.

In addition to respecting conventional standards in terms of health and safety, we are implementing a specific protocol for this exceptional health situation, following the strict recommendations of the French government, in particular:

Health measures

• Possibility of carrying out check-in and check-out formalities digitally.
• Sanitary kit available on request containing individual hydroalcoholic gel and disinfectant wipes.
• Provision of masks. Wearing a mandatory mask in public places does not allow physical distance of less than 1 meter (corridors, toilets, etc.).
• Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers throughout the hotel.
• Reorganization of activity and traffic directions to comply with physical distance measures.
• Use by our staff of preventive equipment (hydroalcoholic gel, masks, disposable gloves if necessary).
• Continuous training of all our employees on health protocol procedures.
• Strict sanitary protocol for cleaning and disinfection following recommendations from the French Government and OMS.
• Strict laundry application of the sanitary protocol for cleaning linen
• Replacement of buffets (breakfast and lunch) with à la carte menus.
• Room service, removal of the tray in front of the bedroom door to limit contact.
• Set up by QR code of all our Room Directory supports, Room service card, restaurant and Bar.
