The Boscolo Lyon Hotel & Spa is closely following the evolution of the Covid 19 epidemic and has made the health and comfort of its guests and employees its top priority.

Beyond the respect of the classical norms in terms of hygiene and security, we set up a specific protocol for this exceptional sanitary situation, following the strict recommendations of the French government:

• Plexiglass separation at our reception and concierge counters.
• Possibility to check-in and check-out digitally.
• Sanitary kit available on request containing individual hydroalcoholic gel and disinfectant wipes.
• Masks are available.
• Masks must be worn in public places that do not allow for physical distance of less than 1 meter (corridors, bathrooms, etc.).
• Distributors of hydroalcoholic gel throughout the hotel.
• Reorganization of the activity and the directions of circulation to respect the measures of physical distancing.
• Use by our staff of preventive material (hydroalcoholic gel, masks, single-use gloves if necessary).
• Continuous training of all our employees on sanitary protocol gestures.
• Strict sanitary protocol of cleaning and disinfection following the recommendations of the French Government and the WHO.
• Strict application of the sanitary protocol for the cleaning of linen. Replacement of buffets (breakfast and lunch) by à la carte menus.
• Room service, deposit of the tray in front of the room door to limit any contact.
• Setting up by QR code of all our supports Room Directory, room service card, restaurant and bar.
