Old Lyon


Just a stone’s throw from our hotel, you’ll find the historic heart of Lyon, Europe’s largest Renaissance district, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998. In this district of Vieux Lyon, you can discover small squares and secret passageways called “Traboules”, where you can lose yourself in this historic maze.

Fourvière


Fourvière is a hill in the hills above Lyon, and a historic site in its own right. It’s an ideal vantage point from which to enjoy one of the finest views of the city. See the Fourvière basilica through the windows of the hotel’s most beautiful rooms.

Opéra National de Lyon


The Opéra National de Lyon, just a few minutes’ walk away, is dedicated to opera and dance. Discover an opera, ballet or underground concert, or take part in a discovery workshop.

Parc de la Tête d'Or

The pedestrian Rue de la République and Rue du Président Edouard Herriot are Lyon’s main shopping streets. Their location in the heart of the city and the large number of shops that line them make them one of Lyon’s busiest streets, day and night. Place Bellecour


Place Bellecour is the 4th largest square in France. In the center, you’ll find a statue of Louis XIV, and further back, a statue of Antoine de Saint Exupéry accompanied by his famous Little Prince. From this square, you can walk to Rue de la République, which leads to Hôtel de Ville and the Opera, as well as Rue Victor Hugo, Lyon’s other pedestrian and shopping thoroughfare.
